A: Yes, samples are available. A sample test is often our best chance to get to know each other, We have no reason to refuse this reasonable request. Once the order and payment is confirmed , the sample will be ship out within 3 working days.

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT. It usually takes 3-6 days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable.

We offer a 6-month guarantee on battery, 3 months for atomizers. 
The disposable vapes:
Disposable vapes are disposable consumer products, we will not return or exchange them, but we will provide returning defective goods.
If the product is defective, pls contact us in 3 days ,and asking for a after-selling service. We  make sure that everything goes smoothly.

A: It depends on the specific situation of your order. Generally speaking, the larger the order is,  the more discount we can give you.  We always insist on giving customers our best price, best products, and the most considerate after-sales service.

First, pls send us the Link to get the price. After you confirm order details, we will send you a PI and inform you the shipping date then wait for your payment.

For bulk cargo, we have professional forwarders to ship by air; Welcome to use your own forwarders to arrange shipment;
For small orders ,usually we arrange shipment by DHL,UPS,TNT,etc.
